Our second Cider on the books! From an old orchard out on the Sonoma Coast, this Cider is 50% Gravensteins and Kings and the other 50% is a mix of all kinds of apples including crab apples, and pears and quince. Made Méthode Champenoise by hand. Totally Dry.
