Pinot Noirs

If it wasn’t for Pinot Noir, my life and career as a winemaker might not be. All of my early exposures to this siren of wine were with people that I respected and admired. There was something immediately transcendent, charming, and even romantic about what was in the bottle. Subtle yet expressive, drinkable, but amazingly intriguing. The lure of Pinot Noir can capture our imaginations, create a sense of history, and trigger our desire. Above all, when good, it is simply delicious and sometimes that’s enough.
