The Plan de Dieu comes from the the first vineyard bought by Serge and Bernadette, Sebastien’s parents. Sebastien remembers hunting truffles when he was young with Serge in this vineyard. Sebastien takes special care in making this wine; a combination of great terroir, nice grape varieties and family stories.
TERROIR : clay-limestone plateau with rolled pebbles : vast terraces of alluvial soil from the riss, topped with calcareous gravel from the Quarternary era.
WINEMAKING : Traditional vinification in temperature controlled concrete tank VARIETAL : Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre
